MINEX RUSSIA 2010 MEDIA PARTNERSHIP TERMS

Media partners are offered excellent promotional and advertising opportunities at the forum.

Media partnership benefits:

(May vary depending on the level of media support provided*)

  • Complimentary admission of one/ two* representatives of media partner to all sessions of the forum on 30 September – 1 October 2010, excluding master classes 29 September (1);
  • 50% discount for additional representatives of media partner attending the forum (and if desired – master classes);
  • 1 complimentary guest ticket for MINEX 2010 Awards Gala dinner on 30 September;
  • Opportunity for distribution of the partner’s printed materials at Minex on-site exhibition (2);
  • Complimentary A4 colour advertising insert in the forum’s proceedings catalogue – in exchange for forum advertisement placement in the media partner’s printed (i.e. not electronic format) media;
  • Partner’s logo placement in the forum booklet (3);
  • Partner’s logo and short company description with hyperlink to partner’s own site on the MINEX info partners web page (3, 4);
  • One email with media partner’s membership or subscription offer sent by MINEX organisers to forum’s delegates after the event;
  • Complimentary access to the forum’s materials (including presentations and photographs) published on-line after the event.

Media partners will be expected to:

  • Place one/two* MINEX advertisements in the printed media prior to the forum;
  • Place forum’s promotional web banner on partner’s website (from the agreement date till 1 October 2010).
  • Enter forum’s details in the partner’s events calendar;
  • Send two/three* electronic forum announcements to the subscribers prior to the forum;
  • Publish forum report or editorial in the partner’s printed or on-line media;
  • Provide Minex organisers with complimentary news subscription (if applicable) for a period of up to 12 months.

Comments:

1. All travel, visa and accommodation expenses shall be borne by the media partner.

2. Media partner will be assigned an individual space or table for the distribution of the printed materials.

3. Logos and advertisements must be provided in vector curves in EPS/Illustrator/Corel formats, all fonts must be converted into curves.

4. Link to partner’s website and short 100 words description must be provided by Media partner.
